- You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and account security.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Service Description
The Service may include flight planning tools, in-flight monitoring, online network integrations, AI assistant capabilities, ATC speech-to-text, flight analytics, addon management, and related subscription offerings. Features may change, be limited by region, or be removed at any time.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Certain features connect to third-party services and data providers, including aviation platforms such as Navigraph, IVAO, and SimBrief, and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability or content.
5. Subscription, Billing, and Payments
- Paid plans are billed in advance according to the selected billing period.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
- You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
- Pricing, taxes, and plan details may change. Changes apply prospectively as allowed by law.
- Unless required by law or explicitly stated, fees are non-refundable after a billing cycle starts.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Interfere with system security, integrity, availability, or performance.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

The Service is intended for simulation and informational support. It is not certified for real-world aviation navigation, dispatch, operational control, or safety-critical decision making. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs and recommendations.
8. AI Feature Disclaimer
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for specific situations. You must independently verify critical information before relying on it.
9. Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, software, branding, and content (excluding user-submitted content). These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
